Annie Bell Porter was born August 13, 1942 in Woodbury, Georgia to parents Mr. Matthew Moreland and Mrs. Mymia Moreland.

Mrs. Annie was united in marriage to Willie F. Porter, and to this union five beautiful children were born; Deborah, Violet, Catherine, Benjamin and Felicia.
Mrs. Annie worked for Colony Square Hotel, serving for twenty-five years.
Mrs. Annie was the neighborhood mom that cared for any and every one that crossed her path. She was a very kind and loving lady that would babysit with no hesitation, offer anyone food and cook for you as well. Mrs. Annie was a good listener and would give advice whenever needed. Her caring heart will truly be missed.
Mrs. Annie departed this life on August 24, 2019 at her home in Hiram, Georgia surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She had fought a good fight, finished her course, kept the faith, and now a crown of righteousness awaits her in Heaven.
Mrs. Annie is now with the Lord and is reunited with her parents, Mr. Matthew and Mrs. Mymia Moreland; husband, Willie F. Porter; two other children, three siblings, Mary Ann Moreland, Willie B. Moreland and Margaret Smith.
Mrs. Annie leaves to cherish her sweet memories, her four daughters, Deborah Thomas (Vince), Violet Williams, Catherine Jones and Felicia McKenzie (Terry Jr.); son, Benjamin Porter; three granddaughters, Zintiesha, Barbara and Cassandra; six grandsons, Mario, Bradley, DeVanté, Skylar, Marquis and Terry III; three great-grandchildren, Dion, Daemon and Mila. She also raised her two lovely nieces, Rhonda (Roe) and LiTina Moreland; also their children, Shanta and Devion. Mrs. Annie is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; all of whom will miss her dearly.
