Darlene, B.K.A “Nose”, B.K.A “Show Me Whatcha Working Wit”, Burden was born in Atlanta, Georgia on February 3, 1958 to the late George O. and Gladys Mae Burden. She departed this earthly life on February 15, 2021 at Grady Memorial Hospital.
Darlene joined the Greater Ephesus Missionary Church, where she gave her life to Christ and was baptized. She was an active member of Women Mission Missionary and was an active member of IWWC Ministry.
Darlene was preceded in death by her sisters Rossie, Francina, and Linda, Brothers Jessie and George.
She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter, Miranda; sons, Rodriquis and DeMario; grandchildren, T’Shawna (Diora, Dakota, Daija), Marquita (Karter and Kingston), Antania, Antrianna, Raven, Makyre, Rodriquis (Jay), Rodriquis (Tay), Cameron, Phoenix, Syrus, and Autumn; Darlene will also be fondly remembered by her brothers; Glen (Betty Jean) and Donald, her brother-in-law, Joe Stacey of the late Francina; and her sister-in-law, Carolyn of the late Jessie; devoted and loving aunts and uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
